向林鄭月娥特首建議


特首閣下:

本人是一名香港居民,謹本著香港成敗,市民總要分擔;難置身事外的原因向閣下進言如下:

今次反修例事件,實在令人驚訝,其一是修例本平常,政府不時會做,再者,提出但被否決的修例,起碼有以下3例:

當中,大眾都明白修例未能通過,皆因立法會眾議員沒有共識,責不在政府,更不會演變成今次之社會騷亂事件呢!

特首閣下,就我所見,今天反政府不單只一般市民,連公務員也有不少是反對政府的,以至本人的舊同學中,也不乏反政府的人士,加上今天普遍在學界、教育界,法律界以至目不識丁的長者中都有不少是反政府的,真叫人唏噓!相關法例明顯不會在今屆政府期間再修了,所謂5大訴求,缺一不可,當中除了撤回修例外,明顯是不宜或不能實踐的,今天已發展至光復香港!時代革命!這豈不是要推翻政府嗎?嚴格地說,若香港真是一獨立政體,今次已是一次政變!

為何會這樣呢?有專家指出今次騷動可說是一個情緒炸彈被引爆,當中涉及很多的恐懼、謊話、互不信任及仇恨等等…,我亦傾向認同,何解?因為在我所認識的反修例者,他們的思維實在難以常理來理解,例如他們無視修例若經過正常程序,起碼泛民議員必會奮力引入合理保護人權之修訂,又有所謂雙重成罪﹝double criminality[[1]]﹞的規定等,殺傷力實在有限,何來無底深潭呢?另外,又有人強說只要5大訴求成功,便可把中共送出香港,真是叫人摸不著頭腦?中國不是香港的宗主國嗎?何來把中國送走呢?如此種種,難以一一說明,亦沒必要,總結一句,他們基本上是痴人說夢。

香港本來是個華洋共處,互相尊重及滿有朝氣的社會,今天竟墜落至一只談自由民主與福利的浮誇社會,無視鄰近地區的發展之迅速,無視中國掘起之大勢,更無視求同存異以至安定繁榮的重要,再加上一群所謂本土港獨人士已因為反修例事件而連結一起,他們又聲稱無大台﹝即無中央管理﹞,加上美台之明目張膽的介入批評,若不是黑手,則必是推手,香港亂局已成,實難以不作為而等候「時機」運到來解決的,所謂亂世用重典,若短期內不能止暴平亂,恐怕香港要付出的,遠比今天要修復被破壞之設施的代價更大!甚至有人說,若香港三日一上街,每星期都大吵大鬧起碼一次,則警員必會疲於奔命,甚至久守必失,民間則越見分裂,而平民百姓,上班出門都變得危機或困難重重,眼見無力勸退暴徒,又見政府拖拖拉拉,民情大概不久會更加不滿政府﹝因為唯有政府才有能力平亂﹞,不怪閣下?何以怪之?又會有一些忍不住的市民,鋌而走險,立心與暴徒決一死戰,那就不堪設想了!

所以,暴亂若平不了,那政府縱然跪低,恐也無補於事,只會招來各方的進一步怨氣,實不相瞞,我所認識的一些警員,今天根本不想再上前線,因為到時做又難,不做又難,加上日後可能給人話柄,大興問罪之師,真不知如何是好呀?

特首閣下,小民以為,你應認真考慮施行緊急法例以平亂但在實行之前,總要聯絡各有關方面作出溝通協調,例如中央軍委,泛民議員,各國使節以至一些可能的黑手/推手等等,屆時望閣下必要態度堅定,並力盡遊說之能,解明香港如何危在旦夕,別無他法,必要雷厲風行,止暴平亂是也!當然,捐失難免,正如一場廣大的山火,不住星火燎原,除了做好防火區,更要努力撲救,才有熄滅的機會。而事後之補救,難免經年,所差者是否能及早止住蔓延,以盡量減少破壞了。是的,病向淺中醫是至理,或許閣下難說功成身退,但若能止暴平亂,不失為香港立了大功,因為今次之炸彈,遲早要爆,只是閣下不幸地成為引爆者,望今次之後,香港百廢可興,重新上路,則是大家的福氣了。

PforTFA's Reply to Inquiries from The Faculty of Media and Journalism, HKU

1. Why PforTFA is against Same-Sex Marriage?

1.1 The purpose of Parents for The Family Association (PforTFA) is to uphold the basic principle of “Love your family and contribute to the Society” as a core value in Hong Kong. We would support anything which is beneficial to such a core value and would reject anything which is harmful to it.

1.2 As promulgated in Article 16 (3) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State. We do believe that the welfare of both the family and the society is intricately linked.

1.3 PforTFA noted the increasing trend of divorces in recent years as follows:










The number of female single parents rose markedly from 23 059 in 1991 to 57 613 in 2006, while that of male single parents rose less significantly, from 11 479 in 1991 to 14 713 in 2006. The number of widowed and divorced/separated persons increased from 346 700 in 1986 to 580 200 in 2008 and their proportion in the population also increased in recent years. The number of remarriages of either or both parties rose from 3 333 in 1986 to 16 890 in 2006 and then decreased to 14 492 in 2008. They constituted 31% of all marriages in 2008, as compared with 8% in 1986. So, we consider that the traditional family is under a heavy stress and threat! Such a phenomenon occurs not only in H.K. but in most western countries over the world as well. In the States, there has been a statistics to show that the divorce rate due to co-habitation before getting married is twice that of the traditional marriage.

1.4 We respect the solemnity of marriage and therefore are against co-habitation as well as same sex marriage (which is not legal in HK) because they cannot substitute the traditional marriage but will degrade it instead. We are worried about the local trends of gay activism and sex liberation in Hong Kong as they would strongly impact the traditional family leading to escalation of pre-marital sex, co-habitation, unwed mothers as well as gay activities.

1.5 From similar statistics of the western world, we can see that sex liberation, the pursuit of extreme individualism in terms of freedom and equality and gay activism have resulted in a tremendous blow to the traditional family which is actually being disintegrated. This has led to the escalation of cohabitation, single (or even multiple) parent(s), non-marital births and changing partners. We believe all these would lead to a long term degradation of the concerned societies.

1.6 For reasons advanced above, PforTFA is against same-sex marriage or civil union as its equivalent. Furthermore, gay sex would induce much harm both bodily and mentally to its participants. Gay couples also change partners much more often than the traditional husband and wife coupling. Examples of harm are Aids and the spread of HIV, various forms of venereal diseases (e.g. the abnormal hardening of penis). These are obvious warnings to the gay community.

2. Supplemental Considerations

2.1 The idea that gay is an inborn characteristic is NOT yet proven and subject to much challenge. (see Homosexuality INNATE AND IMMUTABLE? )

2.2 Gay activities were known both in China and the west in the past millenniums. For example, the Bible has talked about the fornication and sex abuses in Sodom and Gomorrah (Gen.19). The Bible scholar, C.S. Keene, also pointed out that homosexuality among men was rather common during the Roman era. Hence, homosexuality is definitely not a new phenomenon of the modern world.

2.3 Chinese people have been and tend to treat homosexuality with a pragmatic and social harmony approach. Hence, they would tolerate a mild degree of homosexuality provided the gay participants remain low profile and non-confrontational.

2.4 Homosexuality may be classified into 3 categories, namely, those who have no sexual desire towards the opposite sex, those who are bisexual and those who are engaged in homosexuality transiently owing to reasons of an extended period of single sex environment (e.g. prisons and schools) or other complex factors.

2.5 It is very dangerous to extend and stress the rights of gay people to their limit, thus neglecting the overall harmony and wellbeing of our society. For instance, the Aids cocktail therapy is very expensive and its costs are mostly borne by tax-payers in western societies. Some youths (esp. girls) are reported to have been seduced to try out for homosexuality in order to test their real sexual orientation. Such activities would mislead and impede the concerned youths from developing a balanced and healthy norm for the traditional marriage, and might induce a long term regret and harm to their future marriage.

2.6 We do know that there were same sex co-habitation arrangements in China owing to economic, family, traditional and superstitious causes. For instance, sworn brothers and sisters did and do exist in China even today. Such arrangement was not sexually oriented initially. However, it turned out for some such brothers or sisters to live together and might develop a mutual desire and love for each other owing possibly to their long term bondage. Even as such, it is not clear whether sex is involved in the concerned co-habitation.

2.7 There are more and more people leading a single life nowadays. We are not aware of any universal institution or arrangement for these people especially during their old age. We respect those who decide to live a celibate life for good. Nevertheless, we are also sympathetic to those who have such a desire and yet are confronted with the need of partnership and mutual support. As such, we would not object to a suitable form of living together arrangement for these single people to help out and console each other provided NO sex is involved (c.f. In Catholic churches, there are often arrangements for retired living communities to take care of their senile priests and nuns.)

投訴TVB 2009年7月25日播出的《2009香港先選舉》有歧視成分

尊敬的平機會主席鄧爾邦先生:


素仰閣下公正不阿,為不同種族謀求平等待遇,更是全力以赴。本會最近收到會友投訴無線翡翠台於本年7 月25 日晚八時半至十時半播出的「2009 香港先生選舉」的節目內容感到不滿和不安,現就以下事情作出投訴:

  1. 該選舉節目中,現場幾百位評判及現場觀眾均為女性,拒絕讓男性參與評審及入場作現場觀眾,明顯是性別歧見視,當中的男士投票和評審權明顯被剝奪了。
  2. 該節目中充斥著女性評判和觀眾對參賽之男士作出尖叫和撫摸式之情慾挑逗情景,給人參賽者淪為供女性觀賞及褻玩的對象之感覺,明顯涉及對男性的性騷擾。
  3. 在該選舉節目的泳裝環節中,參賽者穿著幾乎透明的外衣及三角泳褲,在水柱中除下上衫,近乎赤裸地濕身走去女性評判前,做出各種動作拉票,包括在女評判面前跪低、親吻女評判,其實亦蘊涵一種男對女的性騷擾的行為。
  4. 該節目的播放時段是星期六晚上八時半至十時半,是現實生活中的合家歡時段,不單是親屬一家,也包括很多外傭﹝如菲傭和印傭等﹞;而她們一般不能完全明白廣東話的節目內容,但在耳濡目染,一知半解的情況下,容易對華人顧主產生誤會,例如誤會男顧主在穿上泳裝時便是有所意圖、或想入非非等,這明顯會加劇一部分家傭顧主的尷尬,甚至會深化彼此因言語不通的誤會,導致衝突和家暴事件!這亦會增加種族歧視的發生機會!所以,無線對這些較敏感內容,起碼要加上對菲傭和印傭的即時傳譯。
  5. 該節目除了在本港播放外,亦有在美加的華人電視頻道播放,容易造成外國人對華人的誤解、偏見以至是歧視,因為該節目中頻頻出現上述(1)-(3)項的情境,實在很易叫不了解華人的外國人士以為華人的男男女女都是好色之徒,缺乏內在美德,這跟中國文化中的禮義之邦的觀念真是大相逕庭!其實也構成種族歧視─甚至是間接種族中傷!
